2 AXES 1 STATION The MT1-series of 1-station tilt-rotate positioners are designed for workpieces requiring rotation about two axes. The smallest MT1 has a compact and space saving design that makes it suitable for integration in compact welding stations. The larger MT1 positioners are designed to withstand the strain of handling heavy payloads. The high freedom of positioning in the MT1 makes it easy to find the optimum position even with complex parts, and when used together with a MOTOMAN Gantry robot it provides the best possible workpiece access. Positioners in the MT1-series are designed to handle workpieces with a maximum weight of 5000 kg.
