The MOTOMAN GP7 is a compact and high speed handling robot which provides a payload of 7 kg.
Easy set-up and maintenance and a wrist structure with great environment resistance improve efficiency in installation, operation and maintenance of equipment.
Uses the YRC1000 controller or the new YRC1000micro.
MOTOMAN HC10 is a 6 axes human-collaborative robot with a payload of 10 kg. Operator’s safety is assured by a Power and Force Limit technology that stops the robot in case of contact with an operator.
The robot arm can be hand guided by an operator androbot positions and gripper operation can be registered via so called “Easy Teaching Smart HUB“. These features offer time saving during the robot programming. The robots arm geometry was designed to avoid pinch points (finger).
The MOTOMAN HC10 can operate without additional protective measures like a safety fence, depending on the risk assessment. This saves space and costs. Its installation area is very flexible and therefore able to operate at different workplaces.
1 AXIS AND 1 STATION
The HSB is a series of 1-station positioners for workpieces requiring rotation about one axis with a rigid design for high payload capacity and reliable operations
With the media supply running through the fixture disc’s centre, fixtures can be designed according to customer needs (e.g. hydraulics, water etc.). To facilitate welding of long parts the positioner can be equipped with a supplementary tailstock, like the free standing SPB-tailstock.
The HSB-series can handle workpieces with a maximum weight of 20.000 kg.
2 AXES 1 STATION
The MT1-series of 1-station tilt-rotate positioners are designed for workpieces requiring rotation about two axes.
The smallest MT1 has a compact and space saving design that makes it suitable for integration in compact welding stations.
The larger MT1 positioners are designed to withstand the strain of handling heavy payloads. The high freedom of positioning in the MT1 makes it easy to find the optimum position even with complex parts, and when used together with a MOTOMAN Gantry robot it provides the best possible workpiece access.
Positioners in the MT1-series are designed to handle workpieces with a maximum weight of 5000 kg.
The TSL is a high-performance servo powered floor mounted track with one or two robot carriers providing a high production capacity.
It can be used to transport a robot from one station to another, or to increase the robot’s working range e.g. when welding large objects. Its low noise level contributes to an improved working environment.
The TSL-1000 has several options and accessories available making it easy to customize to meet your demands. The TSL-2000 and 4000 provide an ideal solution for heavy payloads and high-speed operations.
The TSL has maximum payload of 4000 kg, a travel length of up to 24 meters and a maximum speed of 1,8 m/s.
