MPL800 II

The MOTOMAN MPL800 II 4-axis robot has a payload of 800 kg and a reach of 3,159 mm. This model is the largest palletising robot available in the world.

Its extensive vertical reach of 3024 mm combined with 3159 mm horizontal reach enables high palletising loads. Internally routed airlines and cables from base to end-of-arm tool maximizesystem reliability. The MPL800 II is driven by the high-perfomance DX200 controller which is available with the optional Category 3 Functional SafetyUnit (FSU), providing a variety of new safety functions.

MPL100 II

The 5-axis MOTOMAN MPL100II has a payload of 115 kg, a horizontal reach of 2,150 mm and a vertical reach of 3,149 mm.

Highly versatile, this robot is ideal for case palletizing, bag palletizing, layer forming and pallet handling, order picking and many logistical tasks for end-of-line or distribution center automation. Extensive 3,149 mm vertical reach combined with 2,150 mm horizontal reach enables this robot to build 102 in. tall trailer-high loads on standard 48 in. x 40 in. pallet.

MPL80 II

MA2010

With its long arm, the 6-axis YASKAWA MA2010 high-speed robot offers the greatest reach in its class (max. 2010 mm) and a high payload capacity of 10 kg.

Despite the use of a heavy welding torch, it can thus move a long way into fixtures or work pieces. The YASKAWA MA2010 has been specially developed for welding thin work pieces using the front pull system or water-cooled welding torches.

With the extended hollow structure (diameter 50 mm) of the upper arm, this robot enables internal routing of the welding hose package, thereby increasing its service life and reducing interference contours.

With its streamlined design, the YASKAWA MA2010 has a minimal footprint, enabling multiple manipulators to be lined up close together. Furthermore, its fast motion sequences and high repeatability ensure high work piece output.

MA1440

The 6-axis MA1440 has been developed in order to achieve optimal results in extremely difficult conditions and especially for the high demands of arc welding applications.

With it’s increased payload of 6 kg, it’s superior wire feed system, the maximum working range of 1440 mm and integrated media hose package, the 6-axis robot MA1440 significantly improve welding quality. This enables the simple machining of bulky and hard-to-access work pieces. The fast motion sequences reduce welding cycle times.

The torch cables are integrated in the robot arm in order to avoid collisions with the work piece or other robots. This not only ensures greater accessibility to the devices; the reduced torsional and flexural loads on the torch dress package also result in less wear.

MH400II

The 6-axis MOTOMAN MH400II is a versatile, powerful robot offering superior performance for a variety of applications.

It provides a high payload of 400 kg and a wide motion range, which especially enables the handling of large work pieces.

The MH400II also has heavy-duty bearings which provide a smooth arm rotation. The MOTOMAN MH400 II is available with the optional Category 3 Functional Safety Unit (FSU), which allows an establishment of 32 safety units and up to 16 tools.
