Yaskawa Motoman VMH-500 CDD

This system comprises a twin station single axis positioner with a handling capacity of 500 kg at each station. The twin station approach is the key to increased productivity due to the fact that the robot is welding during the operator load cycle.

The range of arc welding system, ArcSystems, are built to a standard that delivers savings in both time and money. They are based on a modular system of standard components that meet the requirements of the general and automotive industry using a minimum of floor space.

The robot choice is flexible depending on the application and there is a choice of safety system depending on customer requirements and available floor space. This may comprise a light guard system or an automatic roller shutter door in case of optimum floor space utilisation.

Yaskawa Motoman 2x MT1-250-S2D

This system comprises two twin axes positioners configured in an opposing layout with a handling capacity of 250 kg. Manipulation around two axes provides increased flexibility for welding more complex assemblies. The twin station approach is the key to increased productivity due to the fact that the robot is welding during the operator load cycle.

MPX3500

The MPX3500 is a high-speed, compact six-axis robot ideal for painting contoured parts such as interior/exterior surfaces and has a payload of 15 kg and a reach of up to 2700 mm.

Its hollow wrist design has an inside diameter of 70 mm, making it well-suited for mounting spray equipment applicators.

MPX2600

The MPX2600 is a high-speed, compact six-axis robot ideal for painting contoured parts such as interior/exterior surfaces. It provides a payload of 15 kg (wrist) and 20 kg (U-axis), and enable mounting of multiple guns.

Its hollow wrist design has an inside diameter of 70 mm, making it well-suited for mounting spray equipment applicators.

MPX1150

The MOTOMAN MPX1150 is a high-speed, compact six-axis robot and provides a payload of 5 kg and a reach of up to 727 mm.

This robot was developed especially for painting of small work pieces.

Its hollow wrist design has an inside diameter of 70 mm, making it well-suited for mounting spray equipment applicators

MPP3H

The MOTOMAN MPP3H 4-axis high speed robot with parallel kinematic system combines the speed of the delta design with a high payload capacity and a large working range.

It was developed for demanding pick and place applications in the food and pharmaceutical industry and complements YASKAWA’s offer for complete robot based solutions from secure picking, multiple packing to end of line palletising.

MPK2

The MPK2F is high-speed, 5-axis picking robot that provides superior performance and reliability for food handling, picking, packing and other high-speed material handling applications.

Its fast axial speeds and acceleration reduce cycle times and increase production output. The top wrist speed of 2,000 degrees per second provides maximum productivity, even when parts need to be rotated more than 90 degrees.

Key benefits:

  • The robot is wash-down (IP67) ready (wrist and body) for applications where cleanliness is important;
  • Space saving with minimal footprint;
  • High-speed robot for increased productivity, up to 133 picks/minute;
  • Hollow wrist with through-the-arm cabling reduces interference, maintenance and facilitates programming;
  • Optional vision and conveyor tracking.

SIA10D

The MOTOMAN SIA10F has a payload of 10 kg and a reach of 720 mm. (with IP 65/67 as an option).

It’s revolutionary design with high wrist performance and fully integrated supply cables, enables the SIA10F to work in confined spaces with an amazing freedom of movement. With a minimal footprint and high motion flexibility the SIA10F can be positioned out of the normal working area (i.e. floor-, ceiling-, wall-, incline- or machine-mounted) without limiting the motion range of any axis. To save valuable floor space the SIA10F can be mounted between machines, which also provides open access to the machines for maintenance, adjustment or testing.

Other load functions available: 5kg, 10kg, 20kg and 50kg.

SDA10D

The MOTOMAN SDA10F has a payload of 10 kg (per arm) and a reach of 985 mm.

Its powerful actuator based design with high wrist performance and fully integrated supply cables, makes the SDA10F ideal for a wide variety of operations such as assembly, part transfer, machine tending, packaging and other handling tasks that formerly could only be done by people. Both robot arms can synchronously work together or simultaneous perform tasks independently. Due to its small footprint it can operate in confined spaces, saving valuable floor space.

Other load functions available: 5kg, 10kg and 20kg.
