YRC1000

Next-Generation Robot Controller

The YRC1000, is a compact, fast and flexible controller for MOTOMAN robots that combines high performance robot controller in a small footprint cabinet. Besides the typical YASKAWA controller functionality, the YRC1000 includes additional functional improvements. Speed of the controller has been increased by lowering the ladder scanner time. Path accuracy improvement assures increased precision in trajectory performance independently on the motion speed.

Building on the success of the powerful DX200 controller, the YRC1000 is faster and more precise. This next-generation controller provides operators and service staff with powerful functionality while retaining the proven controller performance Yaskawa is known for. The YRC1000 uses the lightweight standard teach pendant, or it can be utilized with the easy-to-use touchscreen Smart Pendant on the GP7, GP8 and GP12 robot models.

YASKAWA MOTOMAN ROTATING VST BASE

The VST is a servo-powered rotating base used to extend the robot’s working radius for a reliable operation.

The three sizes available cover the whole MOTOMAN robot range. The VST is synchronized with the robot making it easy to program, and its straightforward design provides a cost efficient and maintenance free solution.

The VST has maximum payload of 2500 kg and can increase the robot´s reach with 1000 or 1100 mm depending on the robot model.

YASKAWA MOTOMAN HSD

1 AXIS AND 1 STATION

The HSD is a 1-station positioner, equipped with a tailstock, for workpieces requiring rotation about one axis.

Due to its straightforward and modular design it is a cost efficient solution, and its compactness saves valuable floor space. Several fixture distances are available providing an ideal distance between fixtures.

The HSD-series has a maximum payload of 500 kg with a fixture diameter of maximum 1500 mm. The distance between the fixture discs is available in lengths between 1600 to 4500 mm.

YASKAWA MOTOMAN R2L / C

2 AXES 2 STATIONS

The R2L/C-series are 2-station positioners with a horizontal axis and an additional rotation axis per station.

An additional axis is responsible for the station change of the positioner. Featuring a precise servo technology the positioners provide high repeat accuracy and high processing time due to a very quick positioning.

The R2L/C-series has a payload (nominal) of up to 1000 kg.

YASKAWA MOTOMAN RWV2

The RWV2 is a 2-station positioner, each with a horizontal rotary axis for the station changer. Each station has an endlessly rotating axis.

The positioners have a payload of up to 2,500 kg and are available as standard with distances between the face plates of 2,000, 2,500, 3,000 or 3,500 mm.

Additional sizes are available. As an option, one or two robots can be placed in the centre of the table.

YASKAWA MOTOMAN B2L/C

2 AXES 2 STATIONS

The B2L/C-series are 2-station positioners with a horizontal rotary axis and an additional endlessly rotating rotary axis.

The precise servo technology provides high repeat accuracy and a high processing time due to a very quick positioning. The positioners have an integrated robot stand and four robot controlled axes, and with a space saving construction less footprint is needed.

The B2L/C-series has a maximum payload of 1000 kg and can handle workpieces with a diameter of up to 1200 mm.

YASKAWA MOTOMAN 2X HSD-500 SD

This system comprises two single axis positioners configured in an opposing layout with a handling capacity of 500 kg. The twin station approach is the key to increased productivity due to the fact that the robot is welding during the operator load cycle.

The arc welding system, ArcSystems, are built to a standard that delivers savings in both time and money. They are based on a modular system of standard components that meet the requirements of the general and automotive industry using a minimum of floor space.

The robot choice is flexible depending on the application and there is a choice of safety system depending on customer requirements and available floor space. This may comprise a light guard system or an automatic roller shutter door in case of optimum floor space utilisation.
