Yaskawa robot cells for bending metal sheet are used to deliver seamless automation. The robot handles the metal sheet from the input pallet plate until the sheet is completely formed. The bending is a fully automated process between the robot and the press brake machine. The cell is autonomous, requiring no operator. Possibility to use an external axial axis to expand the robot work area. Manipulable metal sheet weights up to 300kg including "gripper".
Standard Motoman Yaskawa press-brake systems include orientation table, re-grip station, media supply and manual tool changer.
The Pressbrake system is available for capacities between 6kg to 280kg.
